Not only do you get the same great rate and service that our lenders have built their reputation on, but The eHome Team has developed relationships with certain realtors who have indicated they are willing to rebate 25% of their commission (subject to applicable law) to borrowers who qualify for this program.
There is no obligation to use these realtors, however, the eHomeTeam wants to give veterans, law enforcement, teachers, emergency techs, firemen and nurses every opportunity and advantage when buying a home.

You can use the realtors rebate on your behalf to buy a lower rate or pay towards your required loan closing costs.
Example: You purchase a home for $300,000. The seller is paying 3% commission to the buyer’s agents. Use one of our participating real estate agents and you will receive a credit at close of escrow for $2,250.
